Care, Shipping & Returns

Each edition is prepared and dispatched with care, using archival materials designed to protect the work in transit.

Packaging & Handling

Prints are shipped flat in a two-layer protective assembly. Each work is wrapped in acid-free glassine paper, placed within a clear archival sleeve, and secured inside a rigid flap-cardboard pad. White cotton gloves are included for initial inspection. We recommend leaving the print in its protective pad until it reaches a professional framer to ensure proper handling.

Returns

If a work does not align with your expectations, you may return it within 14 days of receipt. Please contact studio@classifiedmatter.com first to coordinate. To qualify for a full refund or exchange, the print must be returned in its original state, accompanied by your order confirmation, the Certificate of Authenticity, gloves, and all packaging materials. Repackage using the original materials as received. Return shipping is the responsibility of the collector and must be sent via a tracked service. Classified Matter cannot be held liable for damage during return transit.

Fault or Misrepresentation

Any work that arrives damaged or differs materially from its documentation will be replaced or refunded in full upon verification.

Administrative Notes

All transactions and refunds are processed in GBP (£). Exchange rate fluctuations are outside our control. These guidelines do not affect your statutory consumer rights under UK law.
